In 2012 Bangladesh was ranked at .515 ranking at 146 out of 187 countries. Over 32 years they went from 0.312 to 0.515, an increase of 65 percent.
On a scale of good to bad, Bangladesh is doing okay not too good but not too bad. It shows that as the years go by they are only doing better in many areas.
I think they would be in the range of 2.0 because some areas have some technology. They have computers and cellphones and some cart cars for the military. As a whole they aren’t quite all the way there yet. There are some areas like the islands that don't have any echo logy They are not using the resourced they have properly so they cannot advance to a further level of society. They chop down trees without thinking for firewood. They burn leaves instead of using them to enhance land fertility and they just dispose of the dung instead of using it in the fields to enhance the growth.
